| Exercise Classes | Weekly on Wednesdays | 1:00pm to 2:00pm and 2:30pm to 3:30pm. 2:00pm to 2:30pm is time for a drink and a chat. Emmanuel Church. |
| Boxercise | Weekly on Fridays, | 11:00am to 11:45am. Afterwards time for a drink and a chat. Wentworth Community Hall. |

| Natter Cafés | 2nd Thursday of the month | At the Falco Lounge in Barnsley Town Centre. Drop in between 10:30am and 12:00 noon. |

| Aly's Amble All Walks about 1 to 2 miles, Meet at 10:30am |

| May 28th | Wentworth Garden Centre to the parish church Hague Lane, Wentworth, S62 7TF Meet at the main gates to the garden centre car park. (10:30am start) This a short stroll (that is flat and level) about 1/2 mile to the grade 11 listed parish church and 1/2 a mile back. We can look at the graves of the Wentworth's and Fitzwilliams who owned Wentworth Woodhouse and the serounding estate. The church may be open to look round. We retrace our steps for a coffee at the garden centre. |
| June 25th | Cannon Hall park, Cawthorn Meet in the main car park near the cafe and toilet block.(10:30am start) There is parking charge but free for disabled badge holders. A leisurely stroll along the riverside footpath with views of the house, then up a slight hill through the formal gardens to the White Bull or adjacent Lucky Pup Dog friendly cafe. The walk then heads back down the path to the car park. |
| July 23rd | Wentworth Woodhouse Meet at the gates to the entrance to the estate by the lodge/ gatehouse. Park at the gunpark carpark next to Home Farm or at the courtyard oposite . postcode S62 7SB We will walk through part of the Wentworth estate to Wentworth Woodhouse where we have coffee in the Butlers Pantry cafe before returning the same way. The path is level and there is disabled access to the cafe. Entrance to the house is free but you can pay to look round the house beyond the grand entrance hall. NT members get a 25% discount. |
| August 27th | Manvers Lake, Station Road, Wath,S637DG There is a parking charge of £2-£4. The walk is apro 1.5 miles. Meet by the lakeside cafe for a lovely walk around Manvers Lake. The path is well made but can be muddy in places after heavy rain. There are 3 very short steep slopes and a narrow bridge , but there are plenty of benches to sit and watch the large variety of birds on the lake. We can sit outside for drinks at the end of the walk. (There are plans for an indoor seating area but the opening date has not yet been finalised) |
| September 24th | Dearne Valley Country Park Pontefract Road, S71 1HS. Opposite the Taste of India restaurant which is closed down. This walk takes us round a small fishing lake surrounded by woodlands, paths and birds. There are plenty of benches around the lake and the paths are flat and well made. After the walk we will return to our cars and drive the short distance (5-10 minutes) to the Metrodome for coffee. |
